Solzarêt olive farm was born from Marco's dream in 2021. With the help and support of his parents he started his journey toward his lifetime goal: in a small plot of land that belonged to his grandfother Giuseppe, Marco planted 140 olive trees. Marco believes in family as much as he believes in his business. What makes both florish is love and dedication.
Strong on these values, Marco's olive farm shows an exponential growth. In just a few years the number of trees in his grandfather's land incresed from 140 to over 4500 covering more than 15 hectares.
In the friulan language the term Solzarêt is the name given to the area where Marco's farm resides: Via Solzaredo, a small rural village at the foot of an hill embraced by florishing vineyards.
The land of Friuli Venezia Giulia, nestled in a natural basin, offers an unique culinary treasure: extra vergin olive oil.
This land is characterized by extreme latitudes and adverse climates, which enriches the olives with unique traits, distinguishing them from olives grown in warm and more forgiving climates. This gives to our extra vergin olive oil an unique set of organolectic qualities, which will leave you speachless and astonished.
Our extra vergin olive oil's quality comes not only from the peculiarities of our land but foremost from the care that we put in nourishing and keeping our plants. We exclusively collect our olives before coplete ripening and treat every single tree with dedication and respect.
